APAC’s Most Attractive Employers 2016
Business, engineering and IT students in 9 of APAC’s key economies have chosen their favorite employers. More than 117,000 respondents in Universum’s Talent Survey have ranked the companies they find most desirable for employment, and the results delivered some valuable insights.
Rachele Focardi, SVP of Employer Branding, Universum
”These rankings demonstrate a clear correlation between what employers offer to talent and how desirable they are. It comes as no surprise to me that there are now as many (5) FMCG companies in the top 25 for business students as there are banks. Banks have struggled to offer the sorts of environmental factors that top talent now demands, whereas FMCG companies, such as Unilever and P&G, have done much better”.
The Future Talent Insights Series 2016
Universum’s 2016 Future Talent Insights Series investigates the attitudes and behaviors of Millennials finishing their university studies. Made up of eight separate eBooks (four industry specific reports and four special releases), the FTIS explores and answers among other questions:
- What career goals do recent graduates prioritize?
- What specific qualities matter most about an employer’s reputation?
- What type of work environment and culture do recent graduates seek out?
- Which channels do students value most when researching future employers and jobs?
On an annual basis Universum gathers insights on the career expectations of one million career-seekers from 55 countries. With this perspective, the Future Talent Insights Series analyzes the responses of students from universities across the world. How does top talent think and behave differently, and what are the implications for employers trying to court them?
