A message from the CEO: How Universum is adapting to the crisis

Dear reader,

Like most companies we have had to adapt to the current crisis. We have made a relatively smooth transition to remote working, limiting the impact of the COVID-19 on our operations to a minimum. We have also launched a number of new products in response to the many conversations we continue to have with our clients, exploring ways in which we can help other organizations respond more effectively to the many challenges brought on by the crisis.

With our significant experience in evaluating employee perceptions and providing recommendations on steps required to maximize trust, confidence and morale, we have launched what we call the “In-touch survey”. In response to the need of companies to move their in-person and on-campus recruitment activities online, we have also launched a “Virtual recruitment event” package. This includes the sourcing of suitable candidates from Universum’s talent database and tailored social media campaigns, as well as the co-creation of interactive and impactful recruitment webinars designed to maximize your appeal to the talent you’re seeking to attract.
