UBS Won three awards at this year’s Rally Awards, with Universum as a supporting agency

UBS once again driving the best results in recruitment marketing 

STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN, July 6th , 2022 Universum is delighted to share that UBS has once again been awarded honours at the annual Rally Awards for their recruitment campaigns which Universum helped to support. 

The Rally Awards honor excellence in recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives that use social and digital platforms to attract and acquire talent. The Rally Awards recognize innovative work with ground-breaking results, as well as top practitioners who advance our sector and rising stars who reflect the industry’s future.

The Rally Awards named UBS first place in the following three categories: 

  • Best Use of Paid Social Media in Recruitment Marketing– “Upgrade your future! UBS on TikTok and Snapchat” 
  • Best Use of Video in Recruitment Marketing– “Head flip / shoe flip – Let’s get more women into banking!” 
  • Best Recruitment Marketing Campaign – “Upgrade your future – Swiss Apprenticeship campaign” 

The quality of work and originality in digital marketing and social media tactics are evaluated by the judges. As a result, we are very happy for our client to receive these accolades, particularly for the work we did behind the scenes on these campaigns, where trust and innovation allowed us to accomplish groundbreaking results.
