On September 12th, the top Employer Branding practitioners in the Americas came together in New York City for a night of celebration.
Every year, United States college students vote for their ideal Employers. In 2019, more than 53,000 students from 218 universities took Universum’s annual Talent Study survey to determine our Most Attractive Employer rankings.
The survey offers data and insights about which companies students want to work for, as well as their future expectations and their associations with each employer.
Earning a top position in our Ranking is not an easy achievement. That’s why we brought together the HR field’s best performing leaders to network, celebrate, and be honored at the 2019 Universum Awards.
Overall, twenty-two companies earned awards in eight different categories and returned to their respective offices as one of 2019’s Most Attractive Employers.
And the winners are:
During the awards ceremony, there was space for special recognition to the Most Attractive Employers in Latin America
- BBVA from Mexico won an award for being on the top of the Industry of Banks.
- Grupo Argos from Colombia was at the top of the Industry of Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing.
- Vale from Brazil was selected as top of the Industry of Industrial Metals and Mining.
Relive the best of the night with the official Universum Awards video.
