 The results of Universum’s Student Survey pinpoint how talent perceive employers in your country.
The research functions as a basis for decision- making when choosing target groups, messages and channels for future employer branding campaigns. Moreover, it can be used as a control instrument for measuring the appeal an organization has over its specific target groups. This year, more than 17.000 students, from 156 Universities across the country have told us which employers they prefer to work for, what their expectations are regarding future employers as well as their preferences when it comes to the choice of future workplaces.
