For this position we are looking for a person skilled with numbers, who will be a part of a central team with both operational and strategic tasks. Your main responsibility will be to make sure our different stakeholders have the right data to make business decisions and evaluate performance. You need to understand how day-to-day operational changes impact long-term strategy and affect sales.

What you’ll do

  • Provide ad hoc analyses to sales and marketing teams regarding sales progress, marketing initiatives and data updates.
  • Integrate, analyze, and evaluate sales performance based on predetermined metrics.
  • Work with our Managing Directors on their sales forecasts and consolidate the data to provide to Finance and Management.  
  • Contribute to developing business controls, policies, procedures, and best practices to maximize sales performance.
  • Support management on planning processes, managing projects, and preparing sales meetings.
  • Assist in territory and quota administration, report and dashboard management, basic troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate client data throughout CRM and different systems, ensure correct pricing and allocations, and document pertinent transaction details. 

What we would like to see from you

We believe you are a person who seek to understand the cause and effect of a situation thoroughly, has an eye for detail, can switch from excel to presentation mode on the go, and persuade the sales team with data graphs, visualizations and numbers.

  • 1- 3 years’ experience in a sales , commercial, or sales controlling role.
  • Ability to work in a team and independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience of presenting ideas clearly using oral, written, visual, and non-verbal communication skills and active listening skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with customer relationship management (CRM), database, and data visualization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent – preferably in business administration, marketing, finance, data analytics, or a related field.
