Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Operating in 60 markets across the world, our diverse workforce of just over 200 people is physically present in 22 countries. Reporting to our CEO and sitting on our Senior Management Team, our CHRO is responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of Universum.
Specifically, this will involve work in the areas of:
- Succession planning
- Talent management
- Change management
- Organisational Design and Development
- Performance Management
- Training and Development
- Compensation and Benefits
Universum has a large Sales organisation so candidates for this role should be used to working with international Sales teams, in addition to more Delivery and Support focussed departments. This role requires a true generalist with deep project experience and the drive to roll their sleeves up and deliver themselves.
You should be an empathetic leader with a commercial mind-set who is able to create effective teams and strong cooperation, which will enable you to deliver against all of this whilst adapting HR processes to create increased results on all levels.
We are a global organisation and our business language is English. So full fluency in written and spoken English is required. Swedish is an advantage, but not essential.
