The findings from this annual global benchmarking study are compiled into one of the most popular free reports that Universum produces annually.
Every year our survey places a stethoscope on the heart of the talent acquisition community to gauge the global state of Employer Branding and indicate what lies ahead. This year we will be focusing more on some of the latest tech developments including the application of AI and VR to recruitment marketing and the selection processes. Last year’s report included responses from nearly 2,500 HR, employer branding and talent acquisition experts from 50 different countries and 35 different industries. The results were divided by the size of employer’ workforce, including small (1-999), medium (1,000-9,999) and large organizations (10,000+) as well as the World’s Most Attractive Employers of 2017 (WMAE).
