On December 8th, at 4 p.m. CET (Stockholm time), Universum will present the key research findings via a webinar presentation
Soon Millennials will occupy every important leadership position in the world, be it in business, academia, government or in the non-profit sector. The following questions arise:
The pursuit to answer such questions and more was the reason why INSEAD, the HEAD foundation and Universum joined forces. Together, we wanted to see how local or regional contexts affect these future leaders in the way they live, work and think, and expose some of the common perceptions about them.
By conducting one of the largest independent studies ever done on Millennials, surveying over 16,000 of them across 42 countries, we see interesting comparisons on Millennial behavior in mature and emerging countries, indicating that any broad and oversimplified generalizations about this generation can be misleading.
We hope that this study will provide a deeper understanding about Millennials to all stakeholders, helping organizations better embrace the vital role Millennials will play in the future workplace.
On December 8th, at 4 p.m. CET (Stockholm time), we’ll have a presentation of the research findings and key recommendations, presented by one of our top consultants. Sign up period is currently closed.
