Singapore Top 100 Ideal Employers 2014The results of the Universum student survey reveal how students perceive employers. The research functions as a basis for decision-making when choosing target groups, messages and channels for future employer branding campaigns, as well as a control instrument for measuring the appeal an organization has over its specific target groups.

The rankings reveal how attractive an employer is for students and indicates its position in relation to recruitment competitors. The rankings enable employers to track and set targets for measuring their brand performance.

Latest survey also shows heightened desire meritocractic environments
“This year’s results really see Google strengthen its top employer attractiveness more than ever before but also the other big winners being multinational players with domestic origins like Ferrero, Ferrari, Barilla, Luxottica, ENI, and two banks Unicredit and Intesa San Paolo winning the hearts of Italian GenY” says Claudia Tattanelli, Country Manager for Italy
