The result from our annual survey Employer Branding NOW is here. A survey of over 1,700 talent leaders – focused on how companies compete in a world of talent shortages and the specific strategies used by the World’s Most Attractive Employers.

Our host Claes Peyron, Managing Director Nordics UK&I at Universum, is joined by Jim Evans, Global Client Advisor at Universum. Together, they are summarising key trends from the EB NOW survey.

Jim and Claes discuss the fact that we can see a downturn of the economy and talent shortage at the same time. Jim also highlights how employers right now are reviewing their EVP’s as well as inspiring purpose and DE&I being key focus areas. Furthermore, they talk about the importance of differentiation and how it also is a key challenge since many employers have the same focusing areas.

Last but not least, they end with three concrete recommendations for any employer given the times we are in.
