A global look at how talent acquisitions professionals use Employer Branding

Since we began measuring how talent acquisition professionals felt about crafting an EVP, building an employer brand and which channels and measurements they’re using to determine its success, we’ve seen shifts year over year.

In partnership with DHI,  2,490 Employer Branding Professionals were surveyed; consisting of HR managers, marketing managers, talent acquisition, recruiting and resourcing managers from 50 different countries and 30 different industries from January to April 2017.

The target companies included; small, medium and large organizations as well as WMAE, The World’s Most Attractive Employers. The research uncovered a marked shift into visual social media as a channel all categories of companies were exploring.
