“I believe there has never been a more challenging or exciting time to be involved in employer brand strategy. As the global economy recovers and the war for talent grows more competitive, it is imperative for companies to develop strong, lasting strategies. I look forward to supporting Universum’s many clients around the world with fresh insights and solutions as they embark on that journey,” says Mosley.
“We are thrilled to welcome Richard to Universum – and his arrival is timely, as we continue to grow rapidly across the globe,” says Petter Nylander, Global CEO of Universum.
Universum is on track to survey one million students and young professionals across 55 countries this year and will shortly be opening a new office in Chennai, South East India. Beyond its proximity to a growing market opportunity in Asia, our investment in Chennai will help to optimize a global, cost efficient operation with a team of software engineers to support development in our new digital products, set for release later in 2015 supporting our vision to continue our journey as the global leader in Talent and Employer Branding insights.
