Something tells me this is about to change. For the past 20 years, we’ve been working really hard – under the radar – to provide undergrads with an additional career service tool via the partnerships we’ve established at top universities and colleges across the United States.
Today, we have the honor to be featured in Texas Tech University website. Texas Tech was the largest provider of answers in the 2017-2018 student survey and a partner to Universum since for the past 5 years: https://today.ttu.edu/posts/2018/12/Stories/taylor-townes
Not only has our survey helped their students during their job hunting process, but it has also helped their Employer Relations department by identifying potential new employers of interest – according to their own students – and understanding the key motivators that Gen Z and Millennials are driven by when selecting their next internship or job!
The incentives we offer to students for participating in this 15 min exercise include a career profile analysis, a FREE Resume review by TopResume, and several contests to win: Raspberry Pi Toolkits (to learn how to code), e-gift cards, college swag credit, the opportunity to donate to charities of their choosing, and more! For more information about partnering with Universum during this field period, please do not hesitate to contact us!
