Saatchi will lead a newly established Intelligence division
Stockholm, June 1st – As of June 1st, Fredrik Saatchi will join Universum as the Global Vice President and General Manager of a newly established division of Universum called Intelligence, a new sales channel dedicated to selling subscription-based services within employer branding.
Universum Intelligence will be a unique sales channel, with the purpose of serving an increasing market demand for employer branding expertise. The focus will be on driving the group’s new suite of digital products & services such as Picnic, Gemini, Iris and sell them on a subscription-based sales model. Intelligence will also lead the sales and marketing efforts for Universum’s Employer Branding Academy. The strategic and operational work within Universum Intelligence will put the group in the forefront of helping leading brands reach talent by utilizing SaaS solutions. Fredrik will be a member of the executive management team and report to the group’s Global CEO.

He has a proven track record in high-growth SaaS environments and he is well-suited to drive smart sales strategies that will support our new product suite to meet our growth targets year over year.

Fredrik has extensive experience from leading Internet and digital companies, such as Microsoft, Google and Salesforce. In his last position at Salesforce, he was Regional Vice President for Northern Europe where he successfully created direct sales channels in Northern Europe for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, in areas such as sales, marketing and services. Moreover, Fredrik has worked on implementing successful digital transformation project for leading companies such as Electrolux, Volvo, and Pernod Richard.
