China Top 100 Ideal Employers 2014

The results of the Chinese Student Survey reveal how students perceive employers. The research functions as a basis for decision-making when choosing target groups, messages and channels for future employer branding campaigns, and as a control instrument for measuring employer appeal over specific target groups.

Universum’s research covered 50,000 Chinese students on where they want to work after graduation. Ankita Modi, Universum’s employer branding advisor, talks to WSJ’s Deborah Kan on why Chinese graduates are now leaning more towards domestic startup companies.
