STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN, April 15th, 2021 – Universum is delighted to share that UBS has been awarded not one but two honours in this year’s Rally Awards for their recruitment campaign which Universum helped to support.
The Rally Awards recognize excellence in recruitment marketing and employer branding practices that attract and recruit talent through social and digital channels. The Rally Awards include 16 categories recognizing innovative work with breakthrough results as well as leading practitioners who move our field forward and rising stars who represent our future of the industry.

UBS took first place in the category for “Best Use of Paid Social Media in Recruitment Marketing” and second place in their group for “Best Use of Video in Recruitment Marketing”. Both awards stem from UBS’ recruitment campaign “Make a change – consulting but different!”.
