Competition Notice 

Information regarding the competition and the performance  

- Relevant terms for the competition: The competition is open to all HR professionals and talent acquisition specialists who would like to take part in the Employer Branding NOW 2024 survey. This competition is done in accordance with Universum’s GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN COMPETITIONS. The participants must be 18 years old or above.   

- Relevant time limits: The competition will start on February 17th 2024 and will continue until May 1st 2024. 

- The competition task/performance: The participants need to write an interesting or insightful answer to the following question: Thinking about 2024 and the future, what do you view as the biggest challenges for employer branding?  

The answers can include a maximum of 150 words, in the same language they answered the rest of the survey. The answer needs to be provided through the specific channel created for the competition. The answers will be evaluated on creativity and relevance. 10 winners will be awarded a prize. 

- Information regarding how the winner is appointed and the criteria assessed when appointing a winner: Creativity and relevance will be evaluated by the jury. The jury will consist of 3 members: Eva Carlson, Claes Peyron and Richard Mosley. The winners need to be unanimously approved.  

- Information regarding where and when the names of the winners will be published: The results of the competition will be announced by May 20th 2024. The name of the winners will be published on the competition website (https://universumglobal.com/ebnow24winner) and it will stay published for a maximum of two months. The winners will also be announced personally by email sent out to everyone who took part in the competition.  

- Awards/prizes:  

The prizes offered include one of ten free seats for our online Employer Branding Academy training (regular price €995)  (https://www.employerbrandingacademy.com/). The prizes need to be claimed latest in the next 30 calendar days until the 20th of June 2024.  

- Other: The same terms apply to all participants in the competition. The assessment of the contributions will be impartial, and the competition will be conducted according to the rules that Universum hereby informed about and included in the GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN COMPETITIONS.
