On Thursday, June 5, 2025, it’s time once again to recognize the most Ideal Employers of the year at the Universum Awards breakfast event. Organized in collaboration with Epicenter Helsinki, this event will feature a summary of Universum’s student survey results, key insights into 2025 employment trends, and, of course, the big reveal of this year’s most attractive employers!

Following the awards ceremony, attendees will have an excellent opportunity to network with fellow Employer Branding professionals.

Important Registration Details: Registration is binding. Cancellations must be made by June 2, 2025. After this date, a fee of €50 will be charged for non-attendance without prior cancellation, helping to prevent food waste and ensure that those on the waiting list can participate.
