Grant of Rights to Material

By agreeing to these terms, you grant Universum Communications Sweden AB, including any affiliated company (collectively “Universum”), subject to the limitations stated below (if any), your unconditional endorsement to use, without consideration, for an unlimited time and without any territorial limitations, images, photographs, recordings, video/audio clips, biographical information, interview quotations, statements and any other similar material referred to herein  described below (“Material”) for any purpose in connection with promoting Universum and/or its products, services, customers and activities, (including advertising, promotion and marketing purposes). This includes, but is not limited to, use of the Material for print publications, at Universum’s events or awards, web sites or other digital platforms, and in the sole discretion of Universum in all and any other manner.

This grant of rights to Material also allows Universum the unlimited right to crop, alter, edit or manipulate the Material for purposes of better editorial or contextual display and/or combine the Material with other material, text and graphics, without any prior notification or approval. You also give permit Universum to display and publish your name and any other information provided by you to Universum in connection with the Material.

You represent and warrant that: (i) the Material and your name constitute personal data pursuant to privacy and data protection laws, and (ii) that Universum’s collection, use, processing and storage of the Material, in any form or on any media, will constitute processing within the meaning applicable privacy laws. In light of the foregoing, you acknowledge that Universum’s processing of the material is subject to Universum’s Privacy Policy from time to time and applicable data protection regulatory schemes of Sweden. This Grant of Rights Letter shall constitute the legal basis for any and all processing of your Personal data for the purposes set out herein.

The laws of Sweden shall govern this Grant of Right letter.

Material: any and all material, in digital or physical form, collected and stored on a media (including, but not limited to, videos, photos, and audio material) in the context of an interview conducted by Universum about professional career.

YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU WILL NOT BE PAID, OR RECEIVE ANY COMPENSATION, FOR UNIVERSUM’S USE OF THE MATERIAL AND/OR MY PERSONAL DATA. YOU HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, ANY AND ALL RIGHTS OR CLAIMS FOR PAYMENT, REMUNERATION OR COMPENSATION OF WHATEVER NATURE OR KIND IN RELATION TO UNIVERSUM’S USE AND PROCESSING OF THE MATERIAL AND/OR PERSONAL DATA.
