Key highlights of this year’s survey include:  

1. Hybrid and Remote Work Preferences 

Remote and hybrid work models continue to dominate the professional landscape. Professionals are increasingly seeking flexible work arrangements, with a significant percentage preferring to work remotely for most of the week, and 52% preferring at least 2 remote working days per week. The concerns around remote work primarily revolve around maintaining productivity and ensuring effective communication within teams.

Additionally, 36% of respondents prioritize innovation within their workplace. This trend underscores the importance for organizations to invest in their employer branding and create a supportive work environment.

The survey indicates that 50% of professionals seek professional training and development opportunities, with many emphasizing the importance of upskilling in digital technologies. This trend highlights the importance of continuous learning and upskilling to remain competitive in the job market. 

5. Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) 

Sustainability and CSR are becoming increasingly important to professionals. Many are seeking employers who are committed to sustainable practices and social responsibility. This trend reflects a broader societal shift towards environmental consciousness and ethical business practices.
